Wanna Mug?

Speaking about mugging, we always wanted more time to study. I came across this 70 page file from NUS website last month and I'd tried it out. Try here-> How to sleep less and have more energy PDF Now, I'm able to survive only sleeping for 6 hours a day.

I'm not sure if it will work for everyone but no harm trying, or at least understand how our body works if you bother to read. I think it is useful in mugging for tests and exams.

P.S: It doesn't mean that you won't fall asleep during lecture.
